openDog Electronics & Initial Code

It’s time to install electronics and get some code onto openDog. There are quite a few videos about this, or scroll down for pictures and words.

I’ve installed an electronics cage on top of the robot to hold the six ODrives, and currently three Arduino MEGA 2650s – although these are likely to be upgraded later.

Conduits take all the wires down to the legs and these are strain relieved at each end:
