I’ve designed a plate that fits on top of the upper torso assembly to hold a rotary neck axis plus two servers for pan and tilt. This bracket also holds the chest cosmetics:
The neck sections consist of levers to move the head around which are attached to servos. This allows pan tilt and yaw for the head assembly. The conduits either side of the head are flexible and also have actual cables channels in so I can get wiring to the head:
Each ‘shoulder pad’ slides around on top of the shoulders to track the arm movement – I’ve also added some sternum pieces so now Ultron looks like his neck isn’t as long!
