Iron Man Hulkbuster Suit

I haven’t yet built the arm frames for the suit, and despite building mockups for the shells I’m still not certain how exactly the elbow hinges and mechatronics will fit together. Therefore I’ve decided to start working on the arms and the hand and forearms.

I’ve made various 3D printed parts will get stuck to the foam hands – this will keep the parts lightweight, but flexible. The red parts are painted in Ford Rosso Red auto paint:

These parts allow Nylon 3D printer filament to be uses and push/pull cords to allow the fingers to move:

There are also various other 3D printed panel parts which get stuck all over the foam core:

The first parts attached, along with the cables to pull/push the fingers – I’m using 3mm Nylon 3D printer filament for this:
