Breast-bone - How it was made This was made in the same way as the Torso, with a clay (and conduit) sculpt on polystyrene board, cast in latex with Aluminium wire and soft toy stuffing inside:

The finished item is attached with Velcro straps which hold the ribs together at the front, some more straps will be added to attach it to the shoulders later on:
